Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise may be returned by mail for a refund or exchange.
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is created. In the event the product you requested is no longer available, you will be fully refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note we do not refund any duties or import taxes that may be incurred during the exchange or refund of a product.
However, if you wish to return merchandise, you may be eligible to receive a refund of duty and taxes from your local customs office. Make sure to obtain proof of export from your postal carrier, as this will be required by your customs office.
Once you receive the email confirmation that your return has been received by us (be sure to keep this as proof of return), contact your local customs office for information on obtaining a refund.
KICKSTARTER ORDERS ONLY: Kickstarter returns are not eligible for a refund. We will be happy to exchange any items for the same item in another size (if in stock) or similar item (if the item you ordered is no longer in stock in the size you want, we will be happy to send you a similar item in your size).
For returns outside of Canada, we recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address:

roz + loki is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
